Tempura Rice?

My friend Laura and I met for lunch a few weeks ago.  We went for sushi at a place I'd never been before and it was pretty good.

They had "Tempura Rice" on the menu and it seemed like such a silly thing that we HAD to order it.  It was actually pretty good.  A little pile of sushi rice tempura battered and fried and then topped with spicy tuna and a dallup of something creamy.
